Tight Assets Review

I tried the abs portion of this program years ago and think that that portion deserves 5 stars alone, however the rest of the DVD is probaby a bit dated. Pat Wade has, in my opinion, an amazing build in this. My abs really appreciated the abs workout. To me, it was very effective. The rest, not so much.
