I bought everyone of her instructional DVD's, because she is the only one that has excellent close-ups of what she is doing. The other more expensive ones were NOT as good. She is constantly thinking of something to tell you about the grooming process through-out the DVD's, which is also great. If there is a problem with any of the DVD's or didn't get the one you wanted there isn't a problem with her correcting it and sending out a new DVD. The only thing that I don't agree with is the parting down the middle-you should start from the top of the head or the occiput and go all the way down to the base of the tail. I also wish she would go over "How to hold the scissors properly". These are the best learning DVD's and she is very reassuring and gives you the confidence that you need. If you have any questions, she will answer you. I highly recommend these DVD's.
