Dagwood has the day off after working late at night. He gets mail and packages from the mailman. Later he cooks on the stove. The boys are using an old barn as a gymnasium. Dagwood claims an ability as a boxer in college. Fancy foot work? Rollo is quite an athlete. Dagwood invented a fire-proof paint. Rollo offers cooking advice. The business will bid on a new school building. A fire-proof paint is important for safety. At home Cookie practices on the piano. Can Dagwood demonstrate his paint at the office? [Could something go wrong?] "It doesn't burn!" You can't have too much protection for school children. Dagwood will paint Radcliff's fishing cabin for test. Will business competition take action? Yes. Blondie gets a visitor to offer help in the test. Will the paint be switched to create a failure? [No marks on the pails.]
